Vintage Early Original Bauhaus Modernist Bestlite BL2 Table Lamp

Designed by Robert Dudley Best & Produced by Bestlite in the 1930’s.

A round adjustable aluminium lampshade, adjustable tubular chrome arm and an iron circular base.

The lamp is in ‘as found’ original condition, the paintwork to the lampshade and base have been stripped at some point.

There are areas of patina to the lamp as to be expected with an item of this age.

It has been rewired to modern standards using braided 3 core wire and a new bulbholder.

Good working order, Takes a B22 bulb.
